Yes, we are not dogs! Love that! I took a similar approach last year when I lost 52lbs. After 25lbs I hiked to the top of Nevada Falls in Yosemite. 15 lbs later I got scuba certified! My reward is a new body that can do things I never could go before. I'm hiking Half Dome in October. I'm a healthy weight now, but have 13 lbs of fat to go to reach my goal.
