Non-scale victory of the week!

Well this month I was vegan. It sort of stalled the speed of my weightloss as I was on a ketogenic diet before, but I lost weight whole plant foods. I will continue for the foreseeable future.

This month I could have showed up on here more, byt just been exploring

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

This week I will eat ground only foods twice a week and then the rest will be anything vegan. Sticking to wholefoods has been amazing.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Lots of walking and biking. However ate more foods straight out of packaging than I will have liked.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Last two weeks. I expected to lose more weight with all the exercise and mostly healthy eating but I think the packaged foods slowed my weight loss.

Mindful eating and colourful foods. Mindful eating has made my meals so much more enjoyable

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This past week has really been perfect, I did everything I wanted to, except well, I had too many peanuts on Saturday, but seeing as I am low carbing, it really didn't kick me out of ketosis. I only have peanuts on Saturday. So will measure out my peanuts.

Practice more mindful eating until it becomes a habit. Keep meals colouful and low carb, keep up with the exercising.

I have been out running and it's actually fun!

Reduced my food quantity. I have eaten really healthy but the quantities have been over the top. Mindful eating is my next challenge.
