I worked 10 hour shifts last week and probably will continue until the end of this week. It's been rough, but I am managing to stay on track. My workout schedule is taking a beating. Only worked out 3 days, 30 minutes each. Wish this week was over so I can get on schedule. This plays havoc on your motivation.

Not bad this past week. Keeping it steady. This week I am hoping to add an extra workout day. I kind of like the serenity of my home, but I know I need something to keep me motivated, so thinking about joining a gym for the swim classes. Maybe this will encourage me to workout there.
