Non-scale victory of the week!

People are starting to compliment my weight loss. I am able to move so much better and feeling wonderful. Started my diet in March and have lost 54 pounds. I have lost 61.2 pounds from my highest in January 2018.

Get out and exercise more.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Just got back from 7 day beach vacation. Looks like I gained 3 pounds although I ate really well. I have lost 50 pounds and I was able to walk the beach and go aight seeing so much easier than past years.

Non-scale victory of the week!

People at work are noticing my weight loss, which is hard when you are a large person. They are asking me what I am doing and appear disappointed when I say decrease calories. Most are on low carb or stand on head and eat diet (just kidding!). I am also able to bend easier and I mowed using a push mower! I am wearing a size smaller. I feel so good!

More exercise. Get my lazy butt up and move!
