What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Since hitting menopause, I find it VERY difficult. Things like moderate depression, raising teenage girls, life in general... We all have challenges!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I want to create EVIDENCE for myself that I CAN form better habits. I'm starting with: walking EVERY day (this includes a morning/evening walk, and parking further away when I run errands). Super simple, and yet days can slip by without my having gone on a walk! Need to make this a HABIT.
