I could have drank more water and resisted eating as many carbs as I did. I know better than this! I will do better!

Non-scale victory of the week!

So I started watching what I was eating a few weeks ago when I remembered DietBet. So far I haven’t touched a soda which is the one thing I thought I would struggle with the most. I know if I have one it’ll be downhill from there, but so far I’m staying strong.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Drank more water. I’m supposed to drink a gallon a day. It’s so hard for me!
