I agree with you that avoiding drive-throughs and commercial offerings (e.g. *$) helps in our bigger health quests. My weakness is still buffalo wings, which I allow every once in a while, but the thought of the McD drive-through has become increasingly distasteful. I have been doing 1 or 2 smoothies a day for those meals, and usually one regular meal, with some snacks thrown in when necessary to push through the days. Keep it up--small steps get us to the destination.
