Hi Joe! I am going to join your New Years bet. I gained 4 pounds over the holiday and went up over my maintenance range so I need the extra motivation (still playing in the Fitness Warriors games - was doing it just for maintenance but now I am playing to win!). I just tried to join but have to wait for my game that just ended to calculate results before it will let me join a new game.... See you soon!

Well we only have 55 players in Fitness Warriors 9 (although I imagine more will come over today as the winnings just got announced). "Hey if anyone wants to play a 2nd (or 3rd!) game for extra motivation, I am going to join Joe's New Year DietBet. I have played in 2 of his games before and they have been fun, he is a great host." I am surprised you don't have more! I am sure more will join!

Oops, can't join until one other game ends. Looks like I won't see you until about the 11th. which would mean I would have to weigh in again and oops should be too low by then to have a chance of winning - will have to see where I am on the weight out of my next game!

Thank you for the invitation and for hosting again. I loved your games! However I am at maintenance now and just going to do my $10 Fitness Warriors bets going forward since I am not trying to lose 4% anymore. Thanks for your help in my weight loss - you made a difference that I appreciate.

Hi Joe - - just wanted to say thanks for the last 2 months. I loved the groups that you formed. Your tips and support were amazing. Just saw below that you may have another in January (ish). Hopefully I will be at goal by then and not be doing any more 4% games - - but one never knows :-) Good luck - - and again - thanks for everything.

Round 2 has been great and challenging! Probably won't sign up for another since I'm so close to my goal - but I've had a blast! Thank you for organizing and pushing us all forward with your encouragement! :)

Sorry for the late response just saw this! Yes, with proper diet and exercise (includes cardio and weight training) plus proper rest, your hormones should balance out properly!

Can I resubmit my start up weight. When I weighed in this morning my weight was lower but by the time I took the picture my weight was up a couple of pounds. Trying to be totally honest. This dietbet will be extremely hard since I am close to goal.

Actually, my weight has been the one I submitted. It has been steady at that number. Frustrating. I wish it would go down again but that is going to take time. So if I were to resubmit my weight, it may be at the weight I submitted or a little higher.

Thanks for inviting me to do this, Joe. I doubt if I would have broken in to low 190's this quickly if not for your encouragement and the encouragement of your friends. I got final confirmation from dietbet official at 9:30 this morning. Looks like I get a few bucks as gravy. God Bless.
