thanks for reminding me. I doubt that I can track it. I just like participating with Joe, He is always out on that trend line keeping current in all areas of fitness. . He is a pro. An accomplished athlete himself, although modest about his accomplishments. Joe functions at extremely high levels of overall fitness. He is the real deal. I'm serious.
