so far I’m down 9lbs, so I’d ATLEAST like to hit 10lbs lost, but I’d LOVE to get under 200. Need to stay on track for our trip to Nashville!

Honestly, it was a great week. 6 classes, clean eating, down 6.5 lbs

it’s been awhile since checking in here. I really buckled down again last Sunday, started at 213.4 and been down everyday since. stickibg to 5 classes/workouts a week and 1200 calories for now.and allllllllll the water!

This past week, I wasn’t focused at all. I’m back in a DietBet now though to have some additional accountability. I turn 30 October 1st, so I have some long-term goals to hit before I get there!

Well, I’m back to being 100% fully committed again. No more slacking off. I’m participating in DietBet again too so that will add further motivation. I want to continue to be healthy despite the new job at Pechanga and working at the gym!

Now that I’m finished with Ambers bet, I only have my transformer left, but I surpassed that goal. So, keep losing to hit my -100lbs (144)
