Non-scale victory of the week!

Despite not always “feeling like it” been giving it my all in my workouts and it’s definitely paying off!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

One decent cheat ended up throwing me back to the 160s so now I’ve been stuck here, but I’m not giving up! Pushing on to the 150s again!!!

How many days did you exercise last week?

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Get back to the 150s for good! (Need to be 153.3 to win my bet at months end)

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was struggling this month with cheats and finally making it into the 150s, but I had a talk with myself and got my eating back under control!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was a little short on water this week.

Well today, Sunday 5/26 is the final day of bootcamp classes for week 3. M-Th is all the yoga classes that follow, so finish M-Th strong and make it to all F/Sun classes for next week.

I ate clean for my race today (Sat) all week so I wouldn’t be all heavy and weighed down.

I could’ve worked out more.

Next week, I weigh out for Round 3 of my transformer AND Lexis bet. Right now, I’m exactly 1lb away! So just lose this last lb and keep it off!

There’s no more rolls on my back! :)

I had pizza this week; I didn’t really need it, but I hadn’t had a cheat meal in awhile, so I wanted it :)

Next weekend (Mother’s day weekend) Ambers bet ends, and though I’ve already surpassed that goal, I’d like to get closer to the goal for my bet and Lexis bet (159.9)

After having some well deserved cheats last weekend, I didn’t allow it to turn into a week or longer. I moved on and getting back down :)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could’ve worked out more, in terms of classes, BUT I’ve upped my steps.

Next weekend 4/25-4/27 MY DietBet ends, and I plan to win it (166.6) so I just need to keep focused this weekend and next week, get my workouts in and eat clean!

Honestly, I want to at least maintain. I’m already at my goal weight for my bet that ends next weekend 4/14, so maintain at the least, lose more at most :)

When my in-laws came, I controlled my portions of all the Mexican food :)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Honestly nothing. I’m really proud of myself for getting 6 workouts in, in the 7 days last week, many 2 a days!

I want to workout 5-6 days this week, not eat all the Reese’s eggs, and try and find 170 lol

Stuck to what I knew I should be doing despite the scale, and FINALLY saw the drop!

Honestly, nothing. I ADDED working out this week :)

Goals are to keep the downward trend going. Keep eating well. Try not to focus on the scale. No more official weigh outs for 3 weeks now!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was able to pull myself out of a funk and get back on track! :)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Right after winning Ambers bet, i had ancheat meal that Friday night, and then Sat and Sun had late night dinners. It took awhile for my body to recover but I got a handle back on it now and am moving downward again.

Continue running 5ks, did my first one yesterday on the treadmill, and continue working out in addition to eating well.
