Valentine’s Day, I was super conscious of portion control and didn’t gain any weight!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had some chocolates, but only a serving size each time.

I’ve been saying no to eating late and when I’ve already had all my calories.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had a little too much Mexican food when my in-laws were here (but I think my body was just hungry after food poisoning)

I would love to see 180 by the next time I weigh in :) Try and have a really healthy weekend with the kids while Ray is gone I’m also going to try and not be so hard on myself.

I was really good at the restaurant for Rays birthday. Got the rainbow trout, spaghetti squash and carrots and it was AMAZING!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I ate really late last night and had a cheat meal I really didn’t need to have so I’m up some :/

I’m starting a new DietBet (fighting for fitness) so I want to start that and February strong! Going to try and get some classes/walks in and really limit the sweets. ❤️

At my husbands party yesterday, I enjoyed his birthday food BUT I didn’t over-do it, I didn’t snack late at night on all the leftovers and I stuck to water!

Honestly nothing! I FINALLY broke the plateau—so darn happy to see the 180s!

I started doing actually workouts this week (besides walking) Zumba, yoga and chisel :)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Honestly, nothing. No cheat meals, ate super well, got all water AND even did two workouts a day most days

We went to Buca di Beppo after SeaWorld and I didn’t eat til I was super full. And I only had water :)
