Dear Melissa: you are in good company. There are probably many of us that have SAD and it strikes at different times for different folks. I'm more effected in the winter probably because we live in a cold climate and in the mountains. When our days grow short they tend to be shorter than folks that aren't surrounded by mountains. Hi there, I don't know anything about SAD, so I cannot comment on that. I just want to remind you that you are beautiful, even if you don't see yourself that way on some days, you still are. I keep telling that to my lovely partner and she started seeing herself that way sometimes, but she is always beautiful to me: with messed up hair, on good days, bad days, when we argue, always. Just remember this: you are beautiful to someone on your down days as well.
