Non-scale victory of the week!

I attended an all day music fest without eating non-compliance food there.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I wish I had fruit to eat. We keep buying grapes then discovering mold. No more grapes for us this season :(.

Coping. I identified something that bothered me and took action to change the situation. I also coped well with having to wait a week for food reintroduction test.

adhered to elimination phase of fodmap at least 6 out of 7 days. Realized I am not getting many steps; now I can choose differently.

less cheats-- non-fodmap approved welch's ice pops. more protein, incorporate healthy fats.

Deciding to make a good decision. I acknowledged that I was eating too many Twizzlers and decided to take a few weeks off as of yesterday.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

most everything. I walked less than 5 miles and wrote down very little that I ate. I did pretty well drinking water but less faithful in tracking it.
