Hello!! I'm at the highest weight I've ever been after undergoing surgery last year. I'm so ready for this.
Some things I plan on doing:
Eating less than 1764 calories (400 deficit minimum from TDEE of 2164)
Track all I eat so I'm accurate
Go to the gym 3-4x a week
Walk 10,000 steps daily
Cook new recipes (I usually never cook)
