Hey Rabyn! I forgot to add one KEY detail about my breakfast...I have a special small bowl that I use, pretty much every morning. I always feel like I have enough food, and, weirdly, because it's my "special bowl," it's just part of a morning routine that makes me happy. But it keeps my portion of cereal, banana, milk, etc at a reasonable (small-ish) size, so the calories are on target for me. :)

Thanks for your kind words. Believe me if I can do it you can too. There are going to be days where you don't want to do anything but do your best to push through. There are going to Times the scale won't move but you keep moving. In May I didn't lose anything despite me working out and eating healthy but I just kept pushing forward. The scale will eventually move. Find what works for you not everybody else. I look forward to seeing your results..we got this!!!
