You CAN do this! In this past year with joining Dietbet, I have lost 20 pounds, done a Warrior Dash and done and Indoor Rowing Race in Atlanta. Never ever thought I would be doing anything like that! You will have to push yourself outside of your comfort zone, but it WILL be worth it! Come to the boards as much as you can when you need support, the people on here are amazing! Good luck!

Nick, I was exactly where you are now summer of 2012. Don't give up stay with it. It can be done. I lost 95 pounds. I am up about 13 pounds in the last year so I am glad to find dietbet for encouragement and motivation. I thought I would never lose weight and I would be trapped inside my body forever. One of the things that I did was acupuncture. It is not for everyone but really helped me lose weight. I am cheering you on. I know that you will be successful this time.
