I wore boots with little heels to work ALL week and my knees didn’t hurt! I also felt lighter!

I worked out a total of 5 days and even did two workouts some days! I also hit 25% to my initial weight loss goal!

The week started out rough and I ate out more than I should and I gave in to some temptations at work. But I turned it around and am back on track!
