Non-scale victory of the week!

I worked out a total of 5 days and even did two workouts some days! I also hit 25% to my initial weight loss goal!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

The week started out rough and I ate out more than I should and I gave in to some temptations at work. But I turned it around and am back on track!

Stayed away from food at work. It was my downfall. Luckily, not all weeks are like this!
