Hi Dani - I don't know if this will help or not, but I started doing Keto on June 14 and I follow a YouTuber named "Go Keto with Casey" - I've been binge watching her videos, she has great information on the Keto plan and she also is very encouraging in her videos! I'm down 7 pounds since June 14 by applying all her advice and following her way of eating. Maybe it will work for you too if you're interested in Keto! You can do this! We all have it within us to make great changes and see lasting results!
