Long-term goal weight

195 lbs

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Eating clean and staying focused. When I lose some weight, I start to feel better about myself and start to allow more cheats here and there and skip some workout days here and there. Also, not having clean meals on hand, creates opportunities for me to get too hungry and stop thinking clearly and then I lose control and eat anything and everything in sight.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Full Slow-carb, everyday, with my cheat day being Sunday only. Only meat, veggies and legumes, everyday other than my cheat day. And workout 6 days. I’ve never actually completed more than 3 days of SLOW-CARB before... so I feel like if I can do that, I will have a breakthrough and be closer to setting a new routine.
