One of my favorite go to exercises is jumping on a mini trampoline. It’s fun and low impact.

I love doing 10 minute dumbell workouts I find on YouTube. Weight lifting is my favorite. Yoga is great, too! :grinning:

My go to is the high school track. As I walk it I think about the young kids that use this area and wish I could warn them about what being overweight and then losing does to your body(and skin).lol.

  • I never get tired of this meal. I usually eat once a day and I have a few go to meals. I find that sticking to a few meals I cycle through has really helped with my food anxiety. There’s no guess work and I don’t go searching through the fridge.

  • NSV’s (non scale victories) are what keep you going! Even after almost a year into maintenance I look forward to finding new NSVs. This one was a huge one for me because I’ve always wanted to have a pair of boots just like this.

I've been doing a punishing interval training on the treadmill a few times a week for the past few weeks. Today is the first time it didn't make me feel like throwing up. Yay!

I lost 50lb weight three years ago and gained them all back. I have a few dresses I bought when I was size 6. I’m looking forward to wear those dresses again!
In the past two weeks I dropped one size down and now I’m wearing size 12! Yaay! Looking forward to drop another size in the next two weeks.
