Non-scale victory of the week!

I got back on track after 10 days in Hawaii and 10 days in New York. Lots of eating and not a lot of working out for those 3 weeks, but I’m proud to say I worked hard the last 10 days to get back at it!!

I treated myself a little on Easter, indulging in some sweets, but I didn’t overdo it. I stuck to my workouts too!

Non-scale victory of the week!

My trainer took a picture of me doing planks because she said my arms looked “jacked”, a coworker said I look like I’ve been losing weight, AND I put on a size 12 pair of dress capris that were a little loose on me. Coming from a size 16, that was huge!
