Non-scale victory of the week!

When plans went off kilter, I managed to curb my usual destructive eating habits.

Meal prep is still a struggle for me...but I did better than last week!!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

While I had quite a few non-scale victories, my best moment was eating 1 small piece of breaid with butter. That’s a big one for me!! a close 2nd was making an healthier change to my traditional tacos. It was yummy!!!

I need to meal prep. I leave myself too open to make poor choices
