Non-scale victory of the week!
So far a feeling nutrition and has been better than previously. It could still use a little bit of tweaking, but overall much better.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Sleep is a big thing that I’m struggling with right now. I’m not getting enough and I know I’m not getting enough, and it’s affecting my energy as well as weight loss. It’s definitely something I’ve got to work harder at.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
My goals for this week are to start getting more sleep, keep up with my water intake, and make sure I give all I have to these last few workouts before final weigh in.
