Non-scale victory of the week!

Not tracking food and not exercising enough. Need to put in 4+ days a week and I'm only putting in 2-3. No weight loss happening. Ugh. #burnedout

Started a new Transformer to keep reaching for my goal. Worked out intensely 4 days last week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had PMS this week so I ate way too many baked goods at Panera. Bread, cinnamon roll, etc...gained weight.

So happy to be doing Kris Carr's Crazy Sexy You 21-day wellness program! It incorporates body, mind, spirit. I'm learning how to cook amazing anti-inflammatory plant-based recipes and they are to die for delicious.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I successfully completed the CrossFit Jumprope workshop. I jumped rope for 4 hours with breaks in the 8 hour class. I was debilitated for 3 days after! I'm actually amazed I've made it this far. I wanted to quit after the last round weigh in a month ago because I didn't make it and I felt I was wasting money on myself. Then...Miraculously I won the Vitamix. To me that was a sign telling me quitting was not an option. I have found a good rhythm now and my eating habits are feeling easy and 95% clean whole food.

Water intake is my weak poin.
