Wore shorts on a camping trip

Everything. Ate too little. Due to the lack of working out..lost lbs, but not in the healthy way.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have been in europe for 5 weeks, and ate,drank, walked, swam,explored...enjoyed life and was careful with the amount of carbs at each sitting : that was it for my "diet/watching what I eat" plan!!! And I only gained 3.8 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!! So excited about this!!!!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Also, did not workout due to having some vein stripping surgery done in Hungary, so again this is real life living not a diet!!! So so exciting!!!!

Get back to the gym and start cleaner way of eating. Cut out beer and wine to 1 day a week.

With so much food during memorial weekend over all I am happy!!! I did move at least 30-90 min a day...just eat too much and enjoyed lots of beer in Bend,Or.
