I'm on the same page as you. A bit of a plateau but feel great. Waist alone is down 2.5 inches. I'm saving cheat day for Sunday, Mom's 85th.

Same here Liz. The dairy I ate on cheat day made me feel gross. The good news is that I lost the cheat day weight in 48 hours.
