Awesome result this month Robert... way to go!
Hey, single digit body fat percentages are HARD CORE, even for a 'youngin' like you!
Do you have one particular brand of protein powder you prefer?
Other supplements or strategies?

DiscipleN2k

The <10% goal is going to be very short-lived. Once I hit it, I'll be able to say I did and then I'll settle back in where I am now around 12%. I use the Twinlabs 100% Whey Protein powder because it's the cheapest thing I can find, but it's mostly just to get my 20-30g of protein right after I wake up. As far as strategies, I stick pretty closely to the Paleo & Slow Carb diets and I'm a huge fan of the P90X workout program. I dropped my first 50 lbs (down from 248) with just the Slow Carb diet and P90X!

How'd it go?

DiscipleN2k

The kombucha? It's not something I'll ever just reach for when I'm thirsty, but it wasn't exactly horrible, either. It's just really strange. I'm wondering if the flavored versions I got will be better or worse than the original flavor.
