Non-scale victory of the week!
Doing some planks! Did 4 so far at home. Tried while attending BodyPump class but i didn't have a mat but i did 2 while there. Just continued to do situps while they did those. I kept the burn going.

Do more situps and put more gym time in.

To lift more weights to tone up and keep attending BodyPump class. Really worked the whole body!
