I have been getting better with my meal prep and making meals at home to take to work.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to start running if I am going to be able to complete a 15km run on June 2nd. I keep avoiding it.

I have been eating the majority if my meals at home or bringing them to work.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Made it to the gym. After marathon weekend it was hard to put weight on my foot so I didn't go.

I threw all the junk out of my fridge and have meal prepped so I am prepared and have been making better choices.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Gone to the gym more. Not only this past week. This past 2 months. I made so maby excuses and gained back all the weight plus some from the previous challenge. I want to do better.

I am going to go to the gym all 7 days this week. I have been struggling with headache so I will make sure I have advil with me so i don't give myself an excuse.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Stayed on track all week. I also shared my scale weight with all my facebook friends to show them that the scale is only a number and they are so much more. Even though I believe that I HIT MY WEIGH IN!!!! So excited!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Spent more time on me. I focus a lot on other people. I made it to the gym but I want to start focusing on saying no more.

I didn't eat out with the girls at all this week at work. I stuck to the meals I had prepared and when I knew I was going to miss my workout on Monday I got up early and hit the gym with a girl I work with!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I only made it 4 times this week to the gym and I wanted to go 5. I am going to finish this last week off hard!
