Go, Nicole!!! Just yesterday I realized I was pulling my pants up all day - WOOHOO! And they were freshly washed, so today they are REALLY bad and I am REALLY glad! Hang in there! My loss has been plagued with regains, but I haven't given up!

Gearing up for a successful month. I know you can do this! Meal planning is a great way to cut time, expense and calories no matter which food plan you follow. I like Lindsay Nixon's meal plans (but note that they are whole foods, plant based - vegan). Can't wait to see your successes!

I understand that completely! I went to have one serving of pistachio clusters (completely fitting into my meal plan for the day) and ate the entire 4 serving bag! Could you try portioning out your dinners the same way you do lunch? For snacks, if you only pack a serving, will you stick with that or will you go out and buy more?
