I felt comfortable wearing a sleeveless dress in public!

Avoided bread sticks at lunch yesterday (but I'm trying not to restrict what I eat, just limit how much)

Non-scale victory of the week!

Survived my period without a single full-on binge. Still taking off water weight and struggling with balance, but I'm proud of myself.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

There is a lot of stress now with moving, and I find myself skipping meals from loss of appetite which I think is worse because then I eat more at the next meal or something. My body doesn't seem to like it. Or the fact that I'm not sleeping when I should. Need more consistency.

I am going to try for better sleep, even if I need a sleep aid - stress and anxiety will NOT be the boss of me.

Fitting into a type of pants I thought I could never wear ("pull off the look") before

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Drink more water. I photographed a school and then a wedding back to back and got super dehydrated, working so hard and my lips dried out...it's been some work getting them back to not cracking. I'm sure that didn't help my weight loss.

Was able to choose grapes instead of ice cream and one helping at meals instead of two. My diet choices are getting easier!

I still haven't started really exercising due to time constraints, but if diet is enough for now, I'm okay with that!

During the craziness of my daughter's long hours rehearsing and performing in the Nutcracker, I didn't mindlessly snack like I have in years past! Resisted temptation to just eat and eat!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I'm not exercising like I should because of time restraints. Though running up and down stairs 14 million times for performances and deadlines has kept me active. And my diet is on point so I'm losing again and I'm proud of that.

Deciding to get back on track

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

It's time to start counting calories and exercising again. I haven't been because of the stress of life and loss. But it's been over a month and twenty pounds up. I'm done with that.
