I hope you're not too sore today! But when you think about it, it's kind of like a kettle bell workout with one arm! you're sure to see results on the scale soon!

Not too bad! My arm is better than yesterday but my left butt cheek is so sore! Hee hee! I am okay with how things are going since I know I am changing my health! You are inspirational! My other friend Cortney is doing really well too!
