Don't cpmpare.... my true starting weight was about 3 lbs less due to weighing in late that day and my large meal and ice cream the might before! however, I've cut out bread type carbs at lunch, tracking water as I wasn't getting enough and increase veggies. And the walking. That said, I had carrot cake 2x this wknd.

I was just checking out an app that was suggested on here called fooducate. It's a tracker like myfitnesspal kinda cool. It has actual pictures of food from real grocery stores. You customize for the stores you go to. I am just checking it out.
