I Claud, How do you make the green smoothie?

There are recipes out there for much more hard-core ones, with tons and tons of vegetables, but I I keep it very, very easy, so I will keep it up. I pretty much have one every day for breakfast or lunch. This is what I do: 1 cup of whatever fruit I have in the house, half a banana (I freeze them in sliced disks), a BIG handful of fresh organic spinach or kale, a spoonful of avocado if I have it, either almond milk or coconut milk (Silk makes a nice coconut milk that's not high in calories), and about 3 or 4 ice cubes. Then I blend the HECK out of it in the regular blender (home) or the NutriBullet (when I'm at work). I hate spinach, but I swear you do NOT taste it at all. It looks green and kind of disgusting, but it tastes great. And you get in a bunch of spinach/kale that you wouldn't normally get in.

I just know I'll feel better in Florida if I have 10 days of DietBet under my belt (ha). And I'm going to be super busy--it's not really a pleasure trip so I won't be eating much.

Oh me too!! I ate quite a bit over the holiday, so hopefully a lot of the 8.2 lbs I need to lose will drop off. I'm not going to be upset if I don't win this game though, just so long as I lose. Yes, go for a walk. I went to the dr. today, but feel lousy. She didn't give me anything, just told me take a decongestant, drink hot liquids, blah blah. So I'm just going to eat light for a few days till I can exercise again. I'm really beat.
