Looks like you're getting close to goal... that makes it extra tough. Maybe small bets are safer for you at this point.

It's weird, but I read an article by Ray Cronise, who was the guy doing the cold therapy in the 4 hr Body. He said that exercise was not the best method for fat loss and one should just diet down to their goal weight and THEN hit the gym. So I've been doing that as an experiment and have lost more each month! Crazy! I'll see if I can find the link.
