Just back from the gym... the scale has been stuck... realized that I have not been drinking enough water... I need to drink about a gallon a day to see results. 8 or 9 cups just doesn't do it... so I am drinking today like crazy.

I wish I could do 45 minutes. I manage about 2min but that is up from the 30 seconds I started with.

Kalee, believe me when I say that is the way I started... Just build slowly and before you know it, you can do 45 minutes.

Went out to lunch today. Checked the calories with MFP before ordering and I did not clean my plate (a major accomplishment for me.

Morning all!

I'm making my new best friend discipline! Even though it was pouring I dragged myself out of bed today and got to the gym. That makes 3 days in a row! The scale was also my friend today, I'm down three lbs from the post Thanksgiving Sodium bonanza!
