I do a low carb, high protein diet, which has really helped regulate my period.

Our game has just started http://dbet.me/B2GOs1 Its called "Scrambled Legs & Achin'" Come join us bet $20 and get that 4% off in 4 weeks!! You still have plenty of time to join a supportive, motivational game with some amazing people! We are 4 months strong and not stopping there! 4% is enough to push yourself in the right direction and get that weightloss journey on a downward slope as in the weight going down!!!! We have prizes!!!!!!!! I love motivating and want to make the game more fun and personal and motivating...Invite your friends!! http://dbet.me/B2GOs1

Hey All, I was diagnosed as a teen. My aim is to lose 80(+?) lbs before I graduate from College this coming December ( I am in mid 20's). I do bit of triathlon style exercise with some yoga thrown in 6 days a week. Drink a lot of water, record my food, try to sleep 8 hr.'s a night, and compete with a friend on my fitbit. I really hope loosing the weight will decrease symptoms...so far I've been dieting a 11 days, lost 5.6 lbs.'s but Aunt flo hit a couple days ago, so fingers crossed that once bloating over I go down a bit more.

Hello! I got diagnosed with PCOS 2 years ago and struggling with losing weight. My goal is to lose 50 lbs and get pregnant with Baby #2. I have tried watching what I eat, exercise and I have lost a few pounds and inches but nothing that keeps me what to continue. I would love to hear about your routines for exercising and healthy eating.
