Hey! i cant believe i came across this group! i just moved to Changwon about a month ago with my husband and i just signed up for a dietbet and a stepbet. i have done them in the past but with the move and all the work that goes into that i kinda fell off the train... ok i jumped off the train.... hand springs may of been involved in that jump... So yea i wanted to say hi and i will def check out the fb group too!

Hey ladies!!! Thanks so much to Rin for setting this up! I'd like to get to know you all better and hope we can support each other's health journey :) This is my 2nd round of dietbets, so if you have any questions- I'll do my best to answer!
*What are your health plans/goals/concerns?*
If you've read my health plan post on Expat Women Working to Lose Weight you'll get an idea of what has been working for me. Currently I'm only working out 2 or 3 times a week and just started intermittent fasting last week (1 morning haha) and will try more this week. My weight has stayed the same and I'm .7 lbs away from my Dietbet goal that ends in 2 weeks.

I'm 0.9 kg away from my goal... but I've only been losing about 0.5kg a week so its gonna be clooooooose...

The scale is finnicky, I lost a lot right away, then hit a wall and then lost more again..Fighting!!! With all this heat, we can sweat some of the weight off :)
