Here's what I ate last week. Cheat meal was pasta and garlic bread, half of this chocolate torte thing, and two beers. Snacked on edamame throughout the week.

Breakfast: Spinach & mushroom omelet with pepperjack, turkey bacon, and grapes
PWO: Chocolate protein shake
Dinner: Chicken and bean burritos

I drink a cup of milk with breakfast and two cups of black coffee a day, and water with everything else. I keep a sports bottle of water filled and usually by the end of the day it's been refilled a few times. The black coffee and "only water" thing aren't some kind of ~lifestyle adjustment~ crap, I just prefer my coffee black and don't really care for soda.
