Remember the phrase "everything counts?"

I almost forgot about it today.  I ate under my caloric goal and was sooo excited.  So excited that I enjoyed a nice glass of Pinot Grigio.

And then hours later remembered wine had calories.

So I put the wine into MyFitnessPal and I'm still under my caloric limit... barely.  I wanted another glass, but I guess one will suffice today.  Moderation and all that.
