It's easy to let yourself slip back into your old mindset once you've reached your goal. Try to not beat yourself up over it. It's a lifestyle change, not a diet. There will be stumbles along the path. Just start anew the next day. You've got this!! :-)

I had Cane's tonight after the last day of INSANITY. It left me with exactly 22 calories left. O_O
