
This is the point where I usually say "good on you Nicole, you have done such a good job so far, it wont matter if you skip that walk...or two...or three....and maybe have some cheese and crackers..."
Not this time! I'm onto you brain! If anything, Dietbet has been helping me stick with it. Seeing that there are so many people connecting and helping each other out is so awesome. Plus, seeing all of the small incrememnts of weight I have to lose each month makes it look far less daunting. 2.2kg down after starting 1 and a half weeks ago, cant complain!
I've been aiming for 15,000 steps a day (monitoring with my fitbit zip) and the last couple days have not quite met that. Ok, I wont lie, yesterday I only got to 2,400! So today Ive pushed myself and gone for a walk in the red hot weather to get some more steps in. 28 degrees C here at the moment (82.4 F). 4:30pm and I'm sitting on 12,000 steps. Shouldn't be too hard to get that last 3000 :)
I have to admit, I start back at work on Monday as my summer holiday comes to a close and I'm a little worried. Sunday will be meal prep day for the week and hopefully I can stick with my Paleo lifestyle which has been going so well! I feel on top of the world and my whole body is thanking me. My mood is top notch and I'm so much more productive! The house is spick and span which im sure my Fiance doesn't mind at all!
