well so far "i haven't done my best" ... i admit

i could list a whole bunch of excuses now but it's just not worth it ! onward from here

this is the plan until the end of round 1: 15/16 februari

- get back on track with drinking green tea regularly

- no more snacking unless it's fruit

- i haven't touched any soda/pop since we started and i'll continue doing this

- have fruit/yoghurt/juice/shake for breakfast

- wed to fri : drink a lot of water, up # the toilet visits, 10 squats every time

- saturday: first gym workout session during this DB (eliptical + abs + thighs)

- sunday : if i can still move after saturday, another gym session

- make the next weekly plan

 

i'm looking forward to what i'll actually accomplish this week =) as i going to be doing the best i can for the last week of round 1
