Thanks for sharing Sondra, I was aware of the information somewhere in the back of my mind but definitely it was not clicking. I have been eating primarily fruits, vegetables and seafood since May of last year. I am sure I am not getting in enough protein. I do use mfp but I am not looking at the details of what I consume as I should. Congrats on your success and again thanks for the post.

Alfena, I consider you celebrity status! Isn't that your picture on the home page of DietBet? Congrats on your success!! With as much weight as you have lost, I think it's going to be even more important to you to have the protein to assure that you're not burning (losing) muscle, only fat, to keep from gaining it back. Losing the weight is the short part of our journey (it's why I've done it so many times-very quick trip). Trying to work through the long journey of maintaining the loss and finding balance....I think that's the hardest part. I'm not sure, since I've never been able to achieve it. YET. Hopefully, focusing on the pie chart instead of the calories will be a fresh inspiration.

Yep Sondra..That's me:) Definitely don't consider myself celebrity status but more less a career student. I have seem to keep learning the same lessons over and over. I have so stubborn when it comes to nutrition. I definitely know but find it convient to forget. Thanks for the kick in the pants.
