We still have plenty of time to make this happen. Even if you have not met your goal when we get down to the last few days, don't give up on yourself. Refocus your energy on what small changes just might get you over the hump. Maybe a sweatsuit from the fitness section at Walmart for about $12 to get rid of the excess water weight. Perhaps challenge yourself a little bit more physically and don't cheat yourself when working out. More often than not, you will notice that you had more to give and could have pushed a little harder. If you've reached a plateu, then try something new. There are literally tons of workouts of Youtube; you are bound to find something you haven't tried. Tabata is good one to try if you've never done it. Get yourself on a schedule. Go to bed at a time that will allow for you to have 7-9 hours of sleep (I'm still sucking badly at this). Eat a healthy breakfast and a well balanced lunch and dinner. Choose heathy snacks throughout the day and once again, drink plenty of water. Another thing to drink is green tea, also try adding some apple cider vinegar with the "mother" to your water or tea, I usually get Bragg.

Bottom line is take inventory of yourself and make the necessary adjustments whether it's what your eating, your physical activities, your mental or spiritual state. Only you can determine your outcome.
