We are down to the last days and if you've made your goal and want to maintain it or you're still working to get there, you need to make sure you cut the crap from your diet. By crap, I mean processed foods, unhealthy fast foods (even some of the salads are not so healthy), fried foods, sweets (a tiny bit is okay if you must). But seriously, really focus on your diet as it is the biggest contributing factor to your weight loss. No more BLTs, as one fitness instructor, whom I can't recall said. No BLTs meant no more bites, licks, and tastes of foods you know you don't need, usually your kid's food.

If you have stuck to challenge 3 of keeping a food journal, review it and make note of things that you probably should not be eating and try to do better these last days by selecting food choices that aim to fight fat. There are tons of sites that list foods for fighting fat. I have reviewed several lists and the foods that are common on the majority of them are: oatmeal, blueberries, almonds, salmon, tuna, leafy greens, Greek yogurt, apples, broccoli, lemon/lime and of course, plenty of water. Try cutting carbs from your diet for a few days....that will definitely help. Never ever skip breakfast; and don't forget challege 4 of moving your body, even a little bit of physical activity is better than none.

I wish you all the best and remember only you control your outcome.
