We had 3 challenges thus far. One challenge does not cease when another one comes, so please continue to challenge yourself throughout the game with all challenges. I am currently sucking with challenge 1, which is to get more sleep. Challenge 2 is to drink a gallon of water a day and challenge 3 is to keep a food journal.

Now for challenge 4 - Move Your Body. A little bit of exercise each day is better than no exercise. So even if you just do something physical for 5 minutes, you are better off. I posted a blog earlier in the game with several links to workouts that are less then 10 minutes. I will post more tomorrow for longer workouts and low impact workouts. But for now, lets get moving....even if it's walking the dog around the block :)
