This is my very first diet bet! I really want to loose a few pounds because I gained some over the summer. I hope I can commit to this and keep a routine that will stay with me for a while.

Sign in to CommentI've been doing this thing and it seems to work (for me at least i've lost 17lbs in the last 5 weeks) it is a 3 day military diet (I was in the Rangers and this is the first i've ever heard of it) stay on a strict 3 day (easy to make no weird meals) then 4 off. Now don't binge on the 4 days but if you keep it sensible it works pretty easy and the best part is the 3 days you get a cup of vanilla ice cream for desert on all the 3. Lastly on the dinner it has half a banana in it so I just take my dinner banana and add it to the ice cream. If you want the meals let me know.
The more active you are on the db pages the better it'll be for you. Post, blog, like other comments, etc. Find a plan that works for you and stick with it. I personally like Chris Powell's Carb Cycling. You can check out his books on bn.com. But the main thing is to find a plan that works for you. Good luck!
