I've been doing this thing and it seems to work (for me at least i've lost 17lbs in the last 5 weeks) it is a 3 day military diet (I was in the Rangers and this is the first i've ever heard of it) stay on a strict 3 day (easy to make no weird meals) then 4 off. Now don't binge on the 4 days but if you keep it sensible it works pretty easy and the best part is the 3 days you get a cup of vanilla ice cream for desert on all the 3. Lastly on the dinner it has half a banana in it so I just take my dinner banana and add it to the ice cream. If you want the meals let me know.
