Day 2 of dietbet and I know what I need to do.  Yesterday I planned my meals, workout, got my key working for the gym, etc.  5AM = alarm goes off and I hit snooze.......3x!  Good thing I set a second alarm for 5:15AM - only hit snooze 1x = by 5:30 I was at the gym pumping iron!  Go me!  I got through that workout, then jumped on the treadmill.  My goal was day 1 of C25K - well I got bored, my hip starting hurting and talked myself into only 1/2 of it - good thing there's tomorrow :D But point is - I got out of bed and hit the gym, I am proud for doing at least that!
