Well I am starting week 2 of this diet bet.  I have lost a couple pounds so far, I need to lose another 4-5 to hit my 4% mark. (of course I'd love to see even more lost)

The weekend was extrememly busy with our son's soccer tournament.  Friday I was spot on with eating, Saturday wasn't too bad either but yesterday I volunteered for 10 hours - not many healthy food options.  Needless to say, I was tired, hangry and just ready to be done for the day.  When I got home I mowed and ordered pizza - oops! lol 

Here's to another week and hopefully a couple more pounds gone for good!  Starting week 2 of C25K and some more Jamie Eason Livefit in my future!
